Izwan Zakaria has joined Mentor For Hope as a mentor for its upcoming legal clinic for technology companies and startups affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
Mentor for Hope is a first-of-its-kind donation campaign in South East Asia, supported by venture capitalists and members of the South East Asian startup community to mentor founders and raise donations for vulnerable groups adversely impacted by the COVID crisis.
Vertex Ventures, SOSV, Sequoia India, Saison Capital, e27, Golden Gate Ventures, Insignia Ventures Partners, Antler, BLOCK71 by NUS Enterprise, and SGInnovate are among those supporting the Mentor For Hope initiative so far.
The Gratitude-COVID mentoring initiative is a ground-up, non-profit initiative founded by Elise Tan Yee Ling, an INSEAD’s MBA grad turned social entrepreneur. Startups can choose a mentor for free legal advice. Startups can also qualify for matching grants by Temasek’s oscar@sg fund, so long as the startup has a Singapore business.
We look forward to giving back to the South East Asia tech and startup community affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
